What We’re Seeking
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Graphic Designer with a creative mind that never stops. You will take the graphic creative lead on our clients mainly within the world of Formula 1, ranging from products to event/lifestyle, and even our own 16K Agency brand. The role will start as part-time, but will most likely expand to a full-time position within 3-6 months. The working hours will be flexible. 


We are looking for someone obsessed with great design and creating social media content. Therefore, we need someone who is up to date with all the major social platforms and know what works online. Must be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and/or similar software. To succeed in this role; your creativity, ability to execute and attention to detail needs to be one of your strongest points. 


The person in this role will work alongside our clients but also the 16K co-founders and Social Media Manager to create a brand style/Tone of voice and ensure consistency, creativity and engagement across the platforms and channels.

One of your main strengths is your creative thinking. You obsess over client objectives and how to exceed them. You absolutely LOVE great design. You must have experience of creating great graphic design for brands and ideally brought this design to life over social media. This will help you understand what can be achieved and how to make incredible content because you've done it before and excelled. 

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Work with multiple brands, mainly in the world of Formula 1 but also outside as needed.

  • Build infographics, brand templates, social campaign content, website content, brand guidelines etc.

  • Creative lead and management on content that will be posted across social channels

  • Create digital magic out of briefs and brainstorms. 

  • Build presentations, guidelines, letterheads and other stationary assets.

Required Skillset

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience and the ability to showcase a very strong portfolio/work.

  • Creatively curious, design-obsessed.

  • Creative copywriting

  • Advanced understanding of creating digital & social content (for Instagram, Google, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and TikTok, LinkedIn & websites)

  • Impeccable English skills.

  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.

  • Excellent presentation and deck-building skills. 

  • Ultimate professional, self-motivated, team player and highly resilient. 

  • Well-organised and efficient, even in a fast-paced environment.

  • Project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in working in a team and interpersonal skills

  • A truly creative thinker with the ability to execute 


  • "Social" video editing skills = creating fun/engaging clips with graphics/typography

  • Animation skills​/motion graphics

  • Photography/videography skills (mainly products, flat lays, stop-motion etc)

  • Web development (layout, design and to the making of it)

  • Knowledge of Canva, Wix and WordPress or similar platforms.
