An opportunity exists for a hungry and talented social media executive to join our agency supporting our social media and content teams. This junior role is suited to a driven and knowledgeable marketing/media background







The Role

  • The role of Social Media Executive will see you working in an international team of visual content creators focused on developing epic digital and social media content around the world.

  • You’re fully prepared to get your hands dirty and you’ll be responsible to support the daily management, copywriting, scheduling, and posting on our client’s social media channels. You will then continue to gather the results, and share these details with the team and clients.  This means you must be extremely confident in your communication skills and with very high attention to detail even under pressure. 

  • For this role, the understanding and knowledge of motorsport, specifically F1 will be imperative. When we cover live events, from home or at location, you’ll kick into a higher gear where long days, high pressure, and multitasking won’t make you blink an eye. 

  • A big part of our core business is to create content. You will be assisting in managing the content that comes through and make sure that it gets stored or sent to the people who need it. 

  • You will also need to bring out your creative flair, as you will assist in editing images in lightroom(presets), making decks/ reports and putting together various creative assets in platforms such as Canva and alike.

About You

  • You have a background in social media & digital marketing of a minimum of 1 year. You must have a huge passion for motorsport and ideally F1. Equal on your list of passions should be social, we need someone who obsesses over the numbers, social trends, and performance. Someone who can’t contain their excitement to see their latest creation go live and is ready to analyse how it performs. 

  • Working in a small team like ours, we need to see that you're highly motivated, a self-starter and you're dependable. You are a team player, a natural creative thinker, and digitally fluent. You will play a key role in the growth of the agency, and we are wanting to see someone that really owns their projects, taking full responsibility for the project from start to finish.

Required Skillset

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Must have at least 1 years' experience in a content and social media focused role, and the ability to showcase real results.

  • Advanced knowledge and skill set on major social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)

  • Self-sufficient in Lightroom. 

  • Impeccable English skills.

  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.

  • Excellent presentation and deck-building skills. 

  • Ultimate professional, self-motivated, team player, customer-focused, and highly resilient. 

  • Well-organised and efficient, even in a fast-paced environment.

  • Project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Merited: UK driving license and/or international driving license


  • Other European language skills (in particular German, French, Spanish, Italian).

  • Direct experience in motorsport or other higher-level sport

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

  • Technical social media marketing skills; paid, SEO, analytics, etc.

  • Merited to have some photography/video, graphic design, and/or editing skills, including knowledge of photoshop, InDesign, FinalCutPro, and Premiere or alike.

  • Journalism or copywriting experience. 


  • Attend selected motorsport events/F1 races

  • Support in live commentary and community management across all platforms during race weekends. 

  • Assist in the overall managing, planning and posting to social accounts.

  • Work with multiple clients, mainly in the world of Formula 1 but also outside as needed.

  • Stay up to date with the current news and updates of Formula 1.

  • Gather data for reports, including analysing data and presenting the results alongside the social media manager. 

  • Assist in creating briefs, and schedules for the team, clients, and internally. 

  • Assist in preparing shoots and ahead of race weekends. 

  • Managing content that comes through for various projects.

  • Support in scheduling, editing, copywriting of social posts.
